There was already a thread on this but cant find it :*) I bought some hikari betta bio gold today. The picky red betta absolutely loved it. The piggy blue betta turned his nose up. I have got so many different fish foods in my house if we ever run out of human food I reckon I could make something up by soaking fish food and making a stew!

i saw someof that at duston aquatics for £1.25, i got TETRABETTA for £3.99, but my bettas dont seem to take to it

Try fresh frozen or live food. Dried foods are OK options too. I have yet to find a fish who resists bloodworms.

Well eventually your picky blue betta will eat that food if that is all that you attempt to feed it. At some point he'll decide that he's too hungry to be picky.

I've got tons of fish food too!!! I've got frozen brine shrimp, tropical flakes, Hikari freeze dried daphnia, Tetra sun dried shrimp, HBH betta bites, hikari pellets, Tetra freeze dried blood worms, Wardley freeze dried Tubifex worms, Marineland floating/sinking pellets&crisps, Atison's betta starter, hikari algae wafers, live microworms, live confused flour beetles, and live fruit flies

I'll probably won't have to buy fish food for years!
