My betta, Osiris, is such a fussy eater! He'll eat one tropical fish pellet and then ignore the rest, he'll eat one flake and half the time he'll spit it back out, and he won't touch brine shrimp. He loves bloodworms but I've been told not to feed them too often. I have a lot of food (two pallets of frozen worms/shrimps/etc, a pot of tropical fish flakes and a pot of tropical fish pellets) and don't really have the money to keep buying new things for him to try. Will he get used to whatever I feed him? Should I just wait until he is hungry and see what he accepts then? I have a few more things in my pallets to try him on (they are a 'tropical mix' with loads of frozen creepy-crawlies) but I'm wasting food if I keep opening new sections only to have him not eat them.

He also refuses to chase for food! He'll only eat out of my hand. Lazy boy!

Have you tried the hikari betta bio gold? They're only about £1.50. Some p@h sell them or you can get them on eBay :)

Mines excactly the same!
And no they dont do the betta gold, i asked about it and theyve sold it off :(.
Ive gotten mine to start eating a a few flakes, but the other day he spat them out lol

My bettas love the betta bio gold food!
But i also find feeding little and often best!
Also skiping a day every now and again is good
as in the wild they wouldnt eat every day anyway!
