Beta Tragedy

bad bad bad news!!!!!!!!!

i came home from the weekend, to find my beta tank knocked over............................................... i own a very curious cat i suppose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am completely heart broken to have found the fish.... not good....
i am so upset, I have had my beta "Devil" for months!!!! He was doing awesome!!!!!!!

How do I get over this?!? Awww!!!! I didn't talk or touch my cat for three days!!! the little ***tard!!
So upset!!!!

He was bright bright blue, with long bright bright red fins hanging down from his body!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear about your little one. It's not a nice way to lose a fish. However, your cat was just following its instinct so it can't really be blamed.

yeah i was mad at the cat for what he did... i had stains on my kitchen floor so i am assuming that betas are dyed really good???

so tragic...

buttt.. now im mad at myself.. i seen the cat eye'ing the fish before.. and i should have took better percaution... but i had no where else with plug and high enough cause the cat goes everywhere..

sighs.......

I just wanted to share that.. i know it's bad news but I had to get it out there to make myself feel better.. definately not a good way to lose a fish!

Dyed?? No bettas aren't dyed. No fish should be. Nasty business.

oh I have mistaken.. I thought beta's were dyed... I know its a hard thing to think about..
but how come i had blue marks all over the kitchen floor where the cat was "playing"....

bad cat! I will send my little yorkie to chase it! sorry I bet that was really awful thing to come and find.

on the subject of the colour one of my bettas leans on his hydro plastic heater and the colour is on the heater sort of a purple exactly the same as him. Funny hey

What you have on the floor may be actually dried fins... may sound gruesome lol but its true...
