Best Website To Make A Little Banner?

Well erm, quite specific I guess but a pic of one of my cichlids (best one I can get of them) and a bit saying New World Cichlid Fan - AmazonFTW to the side of it. I'll go grab the camera and get a pic up now, if I can figure out how to.

Top one is fuzzy and bottom is covered by plants.. not great but the fish either move or another gets in the shot and makes it go blurred.

P.S your choice which one to use, I don't really mind I would just prefer the fish on it's own maybe? rather than all the surroundings. Hope I'm not asking too much I just have no editting skills. Thanks

I dont mind doing this at all and it wouldn't take long to do but can you please get me a better picture of the cichlid in your first snap
It needs to be more sharp to do a good job.
