Best Way To Destroy Fish?

I have a 4-inch oscar that I dun have room for atm, what is a good way to get rid of him? Taking him to LFS is not an option they dont want him so I needa solution. I was thinking of setting the cat trap tonight with him, but if theres a better, less smelly way that you all know of id appreciate it!

You can't put him down just because you don't want him anymore.
Advertise him at least give him a chance to live.

Zaggon, if this isn't just a wind up to make people angry (which is called trolling and is against the rules), then it's a very poorly thought-out request for information.

(1) i doubt that anyone here will condone the euthanasia of a fish that can't be rehomed

(2) definitely no one on here will condone the use of a pet fish as live cat bait

your best solution? find a phonebook and call up some other fish stores. surely one of them will take in a 4-inch oscar for free or pennies. 4-inches is actually a very sellable size. its not so big that the oscar can't be grown out by a new owner (which is part of the fun) but not so small that the oscar can't be added to tanks with larger fish.
