Best Product To Treat Ick? I Kinda Need Help! Please

I recently bought 3 platys from petco (i know i know never again) anyway they turned out to have ick and now so do the rest of my fish so I went to the LFS and bought everything they had to treat it although they had nothing spicificly to treat ick. so the products i got are
1) Anti-Parasite medicated fish food by Jungle, says its for internal parasites
2)Anti-Bacteria medicated fish food by Jungle, says its for internal and external bacterial infections
3)Ultra Cure BX by gel tek says treats internal and external bacterial infections
4)Ultra Cure PX by gel tek says it treats internal parasites
and i also have melafix by api.
problem is i dont know what to use to treat the ick any advice is apprecated.

1 of my tank had ich problems a few years back and I didn't use any medicines to treat it, instead I just raised the tank temperature to 27 degrees celsius and the ich dissapeared after a few weeks.

If you decide to raise the temperature then make sure to put in an airstone in your tank if you don't already have one. Or if you have an internal power filter then raise the filter so the output is on the same level as your water level. This will create aeration and increase the oxygen in the tank water.

Follow the ich link in my signature to find a discussion of what ich is and then how to treat it. I use simple aquarium salt on the rare occasion that I spot ich in my tanks but understanding what you are doing is important. If you start trying to cut corners, your fish will get re-infested with the parasites.
