Best Possible Lighting For My 12 Gallon Nano?

yes a 12 gallon deluxe nano...i was wondering hoow i could upgrade the lights i have heard of these sunpod things , and those nano halide things but to buy a halide lamp on its own is cheaper, but how would i fit that into the hood of my tank...and what ballast would i need?!?...

Anyway, what corals? I mean if you want an sps garden IMO the best choice i would choose would be a 250 watt Mh, but you then run into problems with heat. If you want a leather garden, 150 watt MHs are good, if you want lps and other softies, 70 watt MH.

If you want a mixed, i would go with a 150.
