Best Moss?

I want to make either a moss wall or carpet, or maybe just coat my wood with it but what type is best for the tasks?

Java moss
Xmas moss
Taiwan moss
Pheonix moss
Peacock moss
Flame moss

If you google each one then you can see pictures of how they grow and decide for yourself.

But personally I'd pick Xmas for a wall and Flame for a carpet.
