Best Lighting For The Following Tank

Anyway, my question is:
What would the best lighting be for a 30 gallon tall (36x12x19") with probably large amounts of the following plants:
Hemianthus callitrichoides
Riccia fluitians
Sagittaria subulata

High output (HO) T5s should do the job in that size tank. Get a triple reflector & 3 globes and away you go
