Best Frozen Food

What is the best frozen food and best freeze dried food that I can get for my betta. I feed him Hikari pellets regularly and some betta flake food every 2-3 days (only 1 flake) to break up the routen, also I plan on giving him some pea at least once a week and probably fasting him once a week also. I used to use frozen bloodworms as a supplement to my bettas diet, but around here frozen foods can be hard to come by--so until I'm able to I was wondering if there are any freeze dried foods that would be good? I will probably buy them from walmart. I'm planning on in the next month traveling to the big city or bigger city around here and getting some frozen food also so any info would be appreciated.
