Best External Filter?

Has anyone tired these filters, http/www.ebay.co.u...=item19ce9c1ebd or http/www.amazon.co...32448194&sr=8-3 as i need a reliable/quiet external filter for my 190lt corner tank , and how does the uv work? and what do you think about Fluval 305? as ive heard they leak and have many problems.

i've run a 305 for 2yrs with no issue - sturdy, quiet and easy to maintain IMO.

cheers Noahs but how does the uv get from the filter to the tank,? as i thought uv was a light.

when the external filter draws water from your tank it will also pass the water through the uv light, if the external filter has one built in before returning the water to the tank
