Best Bottom Dwellers For Discus Conditions?

Im looking to add a bit of life to the bottom of my tank, and was wondering what would be more appropriate for the 6.5 ph 83f conditions of Discus.

My preferred options are a small shoal of black venezuelan cories, or a group of botia or zebra loaches..

Suggestions anyone?

Just had a quick look at those on eBay, £10 each! What makes them so expensive in comparison to some of the others?

I would say sterbai corys too. At my LFS, you can get them 3 for £12 so i'm sure you can get them cheaper.
