Bes Food For These Fish?

What is a good food to feed gourami, kuhli loach and cardinal tetras. Something that is nutritional and all of them will like?? I was thinking freeze dried blood worms?? anything better?

Stick with a decent flake or pellet food for a staple diet and give them frozen treats once in a while, say once or twice a week. I prefer frozen foods over freeze dried. Frozen foods won't give them all the nutrients and vitamins they need though. You can give them peas, spinach, courgette etc once in a while too. Just experiment and see what they like. Frozen brine shrimp go down well in my tank.

Note that Lufbramatt said 'frozen' and not freeze-dried.

If you use the freeze dried stuff, be sure to soak it in dechlorinated water first, otherwise it'll swell when the fish eat it.
