I binned it but I also don't think it'd go well returning it. He was visibly annoyed with me today & I doubt it's a coincidence the replacement died so quickly. Tomorrow is last day before lockdown so I don't wanna spend it arguing with some idiot.

I did. Ammonia & Nitrite 0, Nitrate 5. I did big water change & substrate clean Sunday but will do another now after breakfast.
