They are now happily scoffing down anything I put in the tank. It is amazing how much they have grown in just a few days. Watched one struggeling with an adult brine shrimp this morning, about 4 of its siblings were watching with interest too and as soon as it dropped it there was a scuffle as to who was going to claim their slightly chewed "prize".
I am having a digital camera delivered today (early birthday present ) so I will put some pics of the little horrors on later on.

On a complete side note, if anyone knows of someone who would be interested in a 3 " male I am thinking about rehoming one of mine for his own good. The other 2 males are around 4" and bully him constantly, he is not allowed to feed so I have to distract them so he can get a look in and he cowers in shadows most of the time. I am sure he could be brought back to complete health as all my fish bar one male were very ropey looking when I first brought them home and now they are borderline fatties apart from him. It would be nice if he could have a female (of similar size!) for company as he is scared stiff of other males now. Failing this hopefully when the babies are (much) larger and get added to the group it will mean the agression is spread around more fairly.

Just a quick update for everyone, the babies are doing well, reached about an inch long already, so growing fast! Will get some pics up soon, got a camera, just need to download the right software now as have remembered that the disk drive on the pc is broken........great.

Sadly the skinny male died in the night, guess he just couldn't take anymore poor little fella.

If anyone is interested in any of the babies at any stage let me know, I will keep them until they are a good size though (say 2 / 3 inches).

Just a quick update, still can't get any photos on the pc so no luck there sadly. There are only 2 babys left now, the heater in their little tank broke and I lost all of them apart from these little troopers in one night (the temp in tank dropped to about 15 degrees I think) and one of them has been affected quite badly so I might only have 1 left in a few days Ah well, I suppose we live and learn (NB don't buy cheap heaters!!)
