Bbs Or Live Worms?

what 's BBS? How can I prepare it? can't live worms make a better option?

BBS = baby brine shrimp, to prepare it you add the eggs to a salt solution with an airpump on it, wait about 24hrs and the eggs hatch then you remove them and feed to the fish. (Very basic description).

Worms, microworms would work well aswel. (I sell microworms if you ever want any).
