Bamboo Shrimp?

can they be put in a 'semi'-aggressive tank mainly with tiger barbs?

I wouldn't, they may be OK most of the time, but eventually it would get pecked at soon after shedding...and once the barbs get started...

In a very big tank with lots of very good hiding places for the shrimp you might get away with it, but tiger barbs are often a gamble.

Remember the shrimp will most likely need to be target fed every now and then too.
