Bala / Silver Shark Problem Need Help Quick Please

two of my silver sharks have got white over their eyes went to fish shop sold me auarium salt melafix/ tee tree extract and something to put in my filter but not noticing much change done 50 % water change

dont think he will last much longer as doesnt have the strength to turn himself the right way up anyone any advice thanks tony

not sure about the age of the fish but it is in with 2 ornate polys 1 parrot 2 oscars 2 other sharks and a common plec
its a 4ft x 2x 2 tank

nitrites alright
ph is low
amonias good
nitae is high


does cloudy eye make then blind then also eyes are slightly bolged not much though


another problem im having is that as hes weak the other sharks are atacking him

not sure how much longer he will last as keeps lying upside down on the bottom of the tank

How many gallons is the tank as it sounds overstocked.

I would add a bacterial med to the tank and not melafix.
Whats your location.
He might not make it as he not sounding good.

I would add anti internal bacteria med by interpet.
Just do a water change and gravel vac, and squeeze one sponge in old tank water before adding the med.


How high is your nitrate reading.
How often do you maintain the tank?

Can you issolate the sick shark. Fish will pick on sick fish sadly.

the stuff they gave me to put in the filter earlier was phosex ultra by jbl

done 50% change alreay cleaned gravel and filters today well part of the filters

The sick fish sounds in bad shape, and to be honest it dosn't sound like he will make it.
I would still add the interpet med.
