Bala Shark Help

My Bala shark has just recently developed all white spots over his head. No other fish have any, it also has what looks like a flap of skin hanging of its head. Please help

pictures would help alot, a large bala in a 2foot tank is not a good idea at all or a plec your tank is wrongly stocked, whats the

readings from you tank as in nitrate/nitrite and ammonia, whats your filteration like with these messy fish and waterchange routine,

could be whitespot or could be burning from ammonia, you need to rehome these fish as they are big <how do they manage to swim?
