im going to document my test results to see if they work and for help reguaring the results i get
so i started today using an API liquid test kit
PH - 8
NitrAte - 5
NitrIte - 0
Ammonia - 0.25 (i also tested my tap water which is 0)
so my question would be
why would my Ammonia be 0.25?
there is no fish in the tank. i havent added anything to it (including water declorinator - water has been in there for 6 days with water/filters running) all equipmeant has be cleaned and started from a fresh)
as i said my tap water is 0
i was going to add fish tommorow after ive added the bactinetts but after the results i think im going to add 2 doses tommorow and an exter doss on sunday when i add the fish
