Bacteria Bloom?

I've recently changed the substrate in my shrimp tank to the fluval shrimp substrate along with a new filter, I did put some of the old media in, but I now have a lovely cloudy tank! is this a bloom? if so what do I do?

So far (I hope this is not wrong!) I've cleaned the substrate as best i can, got to be very careful as all my shrimp are expecting!! also done changed about 20% water change...

Do I just wait it out? will it go?

just keep up with w/cs should be fine, if your shrimp are acting normal wouldnt worry too much

Its your substrate, it will clear within 48 hours.
