I was told to crumple food till its almst dust then i can feed the little guys. any suggestions

That's fine. You could also feed fry food if you want. If you are feeding flakes, you may want to suppliment in some BBS just to give them a little more protein. Remember to feed at least 3 times a day, preferably 4-6.

I feed my fry liquifry for the first couple of days then I crush flake food into a fine powder and feed them that. I also feed them every four hours for the first week reducing it gradually as they get older.
