about an inch- 1.5"... usually sell once 2.25" color is coming in, and nice to see the crowntail forming...

Yeah I forced the whole "fish" thing with my girlfriend. Started by bringing one tank over from my place (she wanted an oscar) so after setting that up, I snuck the other 27 tanks over while she was at work.. lol.. Now we have a dont ask dont tell policy.. lol.... She didn't mind me keeping my Picasso Triggerfish in the bedroom, and now I just let her pick what adult bettas to breed every once in a while. ah true love when your significant other lets you let fish take over your life...

Here are the parents of the darker babies... The red baby is from same mother, but father was given as a gift. Was a red CT male.

LOL my husband takes a passive aggresive role in our fishkeeping. He says no to anymore new tanks/fish/etc., yet if he finds me seperating a male away on it's own we're off to the LFS to find it a girlfriend because "It's not right to make a guy suffer like that." . He has a love/hate relationship with our own male betta, so I'm not sure he'd be happy getting another "snobfish" lol. He still pulls the same "It's not right." routine about the fact that the betta has his own solitary tank though, so perhaps there's hope yet, even though I'd not breed him right now lol.
