my molly had her babies this morning and she had white spots on her head and sides will this be to much stress on her should i use any medicine on her now for the white spots or should i wait. some one please give me some advice I dont want to lose thier mother.I know having the babies is stressful enough letin on being sick on top of it.(Bye the way she had 24 babies)

Mollies can have 30 or so young every 28 days or so. I wouldn't worry too much if the fry don't take well to the meds. Mollies also like some aquarium salt added to their water. Get some from your LFS and add it gradually over a week to let the fish adjust. See the manufacturers instructions for dosage. Salt will also reduce the chances of ich returning.
