I used to have a car that ran Nitrous Oxide, just realised I still have the 9LB bottle which works out about 4kg which is loads if I filled it with CO2 and would last forever, what other bits and bobs would I need to set up a pressurised kit???

Oh would I still need a regulator as the bottle has a tap on top???

solenoid (timer)
regulator
CO2 tubing
none return valve.
bubble counter
diffuser

I'm sure its similar to the DIY Fire Exstinguisher i've got set up. Check out the thread in my sig from Themeleous :) It'll show you everything you need, i'm sure it just needs some slight tweeks to adjust it for your cannister.

I bought mine from Hong Kong for £20 + £20 P&P. It came with a UK adaptor.

Whole set up cost me about £80-90, cheaper compared to buying a set CO2 pressurised kit for like £120

Dunno yet lol, the NOS bottle is sitting in my old garage and I wont be going near it for a couple of weeks yet but might be able to find out on google.

you may well have issues getting it filled with co2, there are very strict regulations as to what can be stored in what type of bottle.

My nitrous dealer sells co2 and it can hold more pressure than a fire extinguisher so it's very safe, also a lot of ppl have them filled with co2 to look like fake nitrous :)
