Attaching Java Moss

Hi, hope this is the right section. I am interested in attaching some Java Moss to some lava boulders. I would also like to attach some to a nice piece of slate I have. Can this be also be done ? What's the best thing to tie it with ?
Any advice gratefully received

Hi, you can tie it with nylon thread or fishing line or my personal favourite - superglue.

Daft question... would i dry the moss and the stone prior to gluing, and how long till I put it back in the tank ? (Ah 2 questions, I cheating...)
Just need to find some moss now, cheers for the feedback
