Just changing some filter media and I spotted these white things? Any help?

It’s hard to tell, but they look like snail eggs.

Do you have any snails in your tank? What kind of fish do you have in your tank?

Most snail eggs I have seen are round and white, some are covered in a clear jelly.

I agree. Mostly snail and Cory cat eggs are in a clear jelly. Nerite eggs are small, round and white.

I've got angelfish, Cory catfish and tetras
