i want to keep two red tailed catfish,a pink giant gourami,2naja sharks and a pair of silver arowana.
in my 45 gallon.
is it ok??

of course and you'll have no problems squeezing a shoal of arapaima in there as well

Hello mate, no these are not possible, arowana need a large tank alone let alone two...gaint gourami again grow huge so with those three alone your looking at atleast 300+gallon tank....
redtail catfish grow to around 5 feet so imagine a tank to house that aswell your looking well up to 1000+gallon's...
 
just scrap it all and get a shole of red bellied piranhas :p thats what i did

Id go with the exodons, their cracking little fish and you could have a decent sized shoal in a 45g.

You'll need a 75g if your looking into red's just for 4.
