Are Our Fish Compatible?

We currently have

red gold honey dwarf gourami
dwarf gourami flame
red tailed black shark
clown pleco
neon tetra
neon blue guppy
tiger barb

are these a good combination? as we have noticed the black shark being bitey and the tiger barb as lost an eye?
