Hi just a quick question are Mollies suitable for a Fluval Edge

Not really, they'll out grow it very quickly and if you have males and females they'll reproduce very quickly and you'll quickly find yourself overstocked.

You could get away with 1 maybe.

A full grown molly can be easily four or five inches, so I'd say not suitable, even for one really.

You want microfish for an Edge; male guppies, Endler's, microrasboras and the smaller tetras make good inhabitants.
