Arcadia Arc Ii

Yeh it does come with a filter but i thought the U2 would be a perfect over filtration size 60-100 litres :p does depend on how technical the filter it comes with is though.
If you could get some photos of the filter which comes with it for me, especially how it looks on the inside, that would be much appreciated ;)
I emailed Arcadia, asking them to put the filter information on their website.. fingers crossed, they will! Maybe it might help if a couple more people email them asking for the same?

Thought You had a arc 2 aswell KK? ... and i surely will email them :)

No, only thinking of getting one at the end of the month :) actually as a present from a very nice individual

Just got emailed by arcadia about the filter :p

as follows: "Hi Ryan

The 60L Arc tank is supplied with a Classica CPF700 internal powerfilter, which mounts inside the aquarium, under the water surface.

It is a 10Watt unit with a turnover rate of 700 litres per hour

Best regards

Red Sea Arcadia"

Same price as my LFS.. they had one yesterday morning, but it arrived with the front smashed and the smaller lamp :/

I am second in line for one at the moment, the LFS dude is hoping that on top of the next one which is meant to come in next week, he can get Arcadia to replace this one, in which case he will have two! I'm getting it as a present from someone I helped, but given that my LFS has a really nice price compared to online, I would really like to get it there as I like to support them when possible ^_^ still to see how everything will work out and I guess 1st April is when I'll be getting it!

I really look forward to seeing what you do with yours, I will be trying to keep a full log of mine..

i may well keep a log... just so WD can add it to the fishless cycle log thingy thats going on atm lol

it dont think it will anything really special though just nicely scaped until i find a betta that grabs my attention :)

Thats a nice looking tank and great price too. 60L for just £100

I do realise that it is possible to pick up a 60L for a lot less (my last one cost me maybe £20), but I love curved corners and open tops! <3

I still fail to see the attraction :D

I picked up a 90L fluval roma the other week off eBay for £50, quick clean up and its good as new. However, i appear to be slightly adddicted to just buying fish tanks for the sake of buying fish tanks

The problem i find with pretty much every ebay and classified tank ad is they require pick up and if ur like me who live in the middle of nowhere at the back end of wales then your knackered :p sooo i dont mind paying abit more for a new tank plus 60l is the maxium i can fit on my stand :p

I look for second hand quite happily too (for example the 5*2*2 ft I am waiting to buy on eBay, if the price doesn't go too high), but I haven't seen another rounded corners and opened top one with all the equipment which would be a better price.
