Arcadia 24 Inch Luminaire

I have seen different models of this luminaire

T5Tx2- not sure about wattage
T5Tx4- not sure about wattage
T8Tx2-15 watt tubes
edit: looking on ebay, ive just found a 4 bulb t5 luminaire with 14 watt t5 bulbs in, would this also do a job as they are a lot cheaper comming in at just over £50

Anyway, which of these luminaires would be best on a 24x12x12 inch aquarium, they all come with different price tags and im not sure which one to get to get a good growth from corals like soft corals

that 4 bulb with 14 watt bulbs doesnt seem like HO, it seems like NO.....

Probably, they are short tubes though... Either way the 4-tube would be best.
