Arc 35ltr Lighting Suggestions

Am looking at getting some new lighting for my Arc 35 shrimp tank. Its quite heavily planted but no carpeting plants just yet. Was thinking of using LED's and dont want to break the bank.

Anyone got any suggestions width is 400mm
