So I have a very low light tank I want to do some aquascaping on it. It's a 20 gal more like 18 because of a the sand and stuff. I only have a 17watt light on it right now and it gets some sun light. I don't add any ferts to this tank is low low tech. I have 6 Cory cats and a 4" blue acara I the tank. The substrate is sand with that plant stuff under it.

All I have for plants are java moss that is doing great. Also some hornwart too. The tank temp is 72f I read java moss likes it cool but I have I cool for my Corys.

Any ways I would like to get some flame moss and Xmas moss maybe willow moss. I'm wondering will this other moss do as well as my java moss?

What are some tips for growing moss? Anyone have any different kind of moss and what do you think of it? How does it grow for you and under what conditions? I would love to see photos of your moss too..

my java moss.

The only thing I like is the moss on the wood. I want to Add large rocks too look like mountains in the left corner and cover them with moss. Then add some dwarf SAg in random places around the rocks. I am still planing it out. Any ideas would be great. Then add some more Horn wart to the back ground. But leave the sand all open for my Cory cats.
