Aquarium Death

Hey everyone.

After trying everyones methods and meds the last fish bar one passed away in my tank tonight.
All that is left is a large fantail who seems okish I have moved him into a temp 2G tank for the rest of the night.

Stayed up all night with them but the last one passed away just now and the filters been switched off.

No idea what to do with tank, sell, give away, try again?

No idea what killed them all I can only assume that they were ill when I got them from my friends very tiny tank.........

Going to empty the tank in a lil while feeling abit upset to do it now.

Really dunno what to do with the tank.

this is a shame,and i just lost a lot of fish myself,and still feeling gutted,they may have arrived ill,and it sounds like u did evrything you could to make them better,but sometimes its not meant to be,

i really sympathise with you,but i cant tell you wether you should start the tank over ,as i have taken the desicion not to with mine, but then i have others to keep me busy,and i honestly cant remember if this is the only tank you have,if it is, then i would,start over,maybe not straight away,its up to you and how you feel tho..

dont really know what else to say,except im sure you will make the right choice.

Hey Shel!

It's the 20G tank thats been wiped out, I have a small 28 litre in bedroom(with Java moss you sent me still going strong) neither have fish in now I have only just got the small bedroom tank.

Need to empty the living room one just don't feel upto it at moment.
Still feel theres more I could of done to save them

im sure 110% that u did all u could, but if it helps you feel better, why not read up on fish illness`s, it may well help you,and im sure you will be able to help others from going through the same kind of thing, you may feel then that it wasnt in vane,

dont beat yourself up over it, i know its hard not too, i know you quite well i think and im more than confident that you did what you could,
it took me a couple of days to get round to emptying my tank ,infact i didnt, i bribed my son with a new ps3 game to do it,so i know how you feel,but when its cleaned, you may feel able t move on and put it down to experience.

and besides... you know we wont let you give up
