aqua clear 300 filter

Hi all have a question I have an aqua clear 300 and I plan on using it on my 30 gallon tank.

Will this give me any problems I wil have it set to low so I don't make the tank to rough for the fish.

Thought I'd buy an aqua 300 instead of a 200 so I can use it in my 70 gallon tank
I plan on getting later on.

it should be fine, no such thing as over filtering, but be sure the curent doesn't nock fish into walls and such.......
