where's my glorious badge??? My life has been leading up to this moment!

Working on it! This is something that's been on my plate for months and I can't seem to get to it. I'm trying to create new badges. Or at least a method that doesn't require new usergroups be created each year (which is the old way of doing it and I don't like that).
 
I think until I do I will just do badges that don't specify which year etc. At least that would just be one usergroup for each "of the year" and "of the month" type winner.
