would i be ok to put two small  in with 9 guppies 4 cardanal tetras 3 diamond tetras 4 neon tetras and 6 panda cories my lfs said they can be aggressive
Its a 125ltr tank with 10 plants and 3 largeish pieces of wood

The size of them doesn't really matter, it's what they'll grow to.

They can be aggressive, but they're not too bad. I suspect the tetras will be left completely alone, as for the cories it varies. Some can be quite feisty, some very placid. They're a lot more aggressive to each other and when they're breeding, but are otherwise quite well behaved fish, and are certainly beautiful and entertaining.

Which apistos did you have in mind?

In my tank, I have six albino corys and four rams. While rams are not apistos, they do share similar behavioral traits. Each pair of rams have staked their claim on either end of the tank, the cats stay in the middle, and I only have issues when I don't drop their food far enough apart.

How long is your tank? Where do your catfish stay primarily?

They are called red mask in our lfs
Its a rio 125 the catfish go all over the tank

I think the Red Masks are Apistogramma Hongsloi - a very very nice fish!! I believe they are quite placid but not too sure as I have not kept them. I would think most of your fish should be okay but I would worry about your Guppies tails - I suspect it might be an either or situation with these....
