Apistogramma Papagei

just been looking into apisto species, and this is a new one on me, but OMG how beautiful is the male?
i cant find much info on them and was wondering if anyone knows anything about them? and maybe somewhere that might sell them, i really hope so as they are by a mile the most striking apistogramma species i have ever seen!!

and what little info i can find on them is that is their natural colour!
just wish i could find out more about them

wow what a fish!! good luck tracking them down I think photo 1 on Google is perhaps a very very good photograph and the other photos on the males give a good idea of them in the flesh - but that said in a well lit tank fish often look better than most photos!!

i cant find one place online that sells them in the uk lol

I doubt you would find one that looked like photo 1. Maybe, but i doubt it. You would be in the money if you did find them and breed them though!

i think even in the other pictures the male looks stunning
