Apistogramma And Ram In 40 Litre

Hi just wanted to know if i could put an apistogramma and a ram in a 40 litre?

i think that's a bit small for them tbh

That's only 10US gallons so no you should not. That size would be good for a pair of rams (blue/gold rams) though.
