anyone?

My understanding is u will mostly get veiltails as it is the dominant gene. You may also get some combtails (veiltail look with small fringe to fins).

does anyone have a pic of a veiltail/CT mixed betta???

thank you very much

Crowntails breed 'true', unlike halfmoons or specific solid colors.

since VT is the dominant trait, a VT migh tcarry the CT trait, but it is not shown becuase the CT trait is a recessive trait. The only way to get that CT trait to show up is if you breed it with a CT.

correct me if i'm worng, i leraned that type of stuff in bio class :D not sure if it applies to bettas

Yep, that's right. I have a male and female that carry the CT trait rather strongly. I'm going to try breeding them sometime in the next few months.
