i've found the ornament i was looking for at aquaworld limited, aka shirley aquatics, in the uk.
it's only on their online catalogue, but i figure they should sell it in-store as well. here's the link to the product:

You can buy this online and have them ship it to you in the USA, will cost you £15.95 ($32) in total as per the website, theyre charging £10 ($20) shipping which isnt too bad as shipping to a uk address costs £4.21 ($8.42).
