I had a guy with a similar condition once, his face was swollen and he was miserable and clampy. It was a bacterial infection. I treated him with tetracycline (but any broad spectrum antibiotic will work) and once a day I put a hot towel over his tank, the warmth of the towel made like a humidifier effect in his water and helped him get oxygen better. In about a week or so he was all better. Hope this helped.

Thanks, we cant get that over here without a vet, so what im using is the right thing then, ill keep using it, her face seems less swollen today but shes still clamped
