Anyone Got One Of These Filters?

I got a small 18x12x12 (42lt , 11gl) tank today to set up as a quarantine/Hospital tank , i just want a cheap filter for it and that looks to fit the bill.

If anyone has one is it quiet??

with it having a chamber for the carbon i thought that was quite good , instead of the carbon i could just add some Substrat Pro from my external and have it virtually cycled straight away

I have a magi-jet 700 and it's a good filter, like most internal filters doesnt have much capacity for filter media though.
