yes angels will eat other fish and inverts lol

they ate all my corrie babies(that i didnt know existed until and angel spat one out) and all my cherry shrimp

Angelfish are nice - they will eat small tetras eg. neons but if you get bigger tetras as someone else suggested you should be fine Colombian tetras are really nice. They're big enough not to be eaten and have nice colour.
Gouramis are good too as they are pretty placid.

I'd agree with the angels but put them in last. I also have congo tetras in my community tank, and the males colouring is stunning with long dorsal and caudal tail extensions. A great combination and they get along well with the much smaller harlequins and cherry barbs.
