Anyone Got A Step By Step On How To Remove A Broken Section

was placing a new 4ft on the bottom tier of a 2 tier stand and my brother banged his end on the stand its cracked the end section....

need to remove it and replace with another piece

If the broken end panel is "sandwiched" between the front and back panels, remove it and clean althe old silicone off. Have a new piece of glass cut to the exact EXTERNAL dimensions of the end panel, apply silicone to the ends of the front, back and base, place the new panel in position then seal internally as normal (your tank will end up the thickness of the glass longer than its original size).

if you look in the diy section theres a thread about building your own tank that you should be able to figure out how to replace one panned rom, it also has helpfull pics

so get a new piece and place it on the outside of the tank no matter what then yeah?
