i have been recommended a lunapet (on ebay) Solenoid, got a couple of question to anyone who has one.

can the lunapet solenoids be fitted inline or do they have to attach directly to the regulator/needle valve? Its just I got a cheap chinese made regualtor with built in needle valve and solenoid, although its working fine, the solenoid is stuck open so wont shut the co2 off when electric is turned off, so I end up with a constant flow of co2. dont think a different solenoid will fit this system, it might but with my luck I doubt it.

also how fast is the delivery from lunapet?

Yes mate they fit inline.... delivery is usually no more than 7 working days from experience (usually quicker) :good:.

ok thanks mate, just ordered one. heard some good things about this solenoid. The chinese solenoid only last 4 months, my own fault really just trying to save a few quid. the old saying is "buy cheap, buy twice" I am slowly learning :hey:

They are very good quality for the money mate, there are better out there but they also cost 2-3 times more aswell.

Goodluck with it, not that i think you will need it :good:

I've got one. Haven't used it yet though, but I intend to fit it inline. Not bad for £20 or so.

Ordered mine on monday, got it this morning, bloody postman left it on the doorstep :grr: and I was in :grr: :grr:

Still got it fitted inline and seems to be working well. will let u know how it gets on, but very pleased with their service, cant fault them on that.
