Everytime I feed my fish bloodworm, my oscar takes it all.
I end up having to put about 4 cubes of bloodworm each time, he has most of them.
Most of my other fish don't get to eat.
I'm trying to get the bloodworm to go to the bottom for my bichir but it never happens.
Do I need to feed more bloodworm?
Anyone else have this problem?

Get a piece of clear polyhose from your local diy place, put the end near your fish in the tank, then drop the food down it.

yeah mate, my oscar is a greedy so and so as well.

Are you melting the blood worm cubes before adding them to the tank?
If you are and the oscar is still eating them all, you should try adding bigger pieces of food before the blood worms so the oscar can have his fill which will leave the rest of your fish to eat in piece.

I feed my oscar prawns, roast chicken pieces (just the non oily, white meat), small frozen fish and the odd bit of beef heart.
i feed him until he cant fit anymore into his mouth and then add food for the other fish.
i get a good laugh from him as he's so greedy that sometimes there is whole small fish sticking out of his gills, the other fish have even caught on and follow him round the tank because half of what he eats ends up coming back out of the gills.

cheers

My Angelfish did the same lol, I'm using one of those feeding rings so all fish know where to eat.

I thaw out my frozen food in a bit of tank water, than I use a turkey baster to reach the bottom of the tank to feed my cory's.
