Anyone Else Had This Much Trouble Finding Ammonia? (uk)

Glad you found some. I also went to Boots after a rec on here and was given a few blank looks until they fetched someone a bit more senior. I mean, I know they don't sell much but someone must stack it on the shelves, surely?
As an aside-I can't imagine wanting to clean anything with it. That super stale cat pee smell is vile!

How about cleaning a fish tank with it? Had the idea a few days a go trying to think what I could use that would be tough enoiugh on the old tank but mind to any fish. That's when I had the idea - any residue will be absorbed by the fishless cycle process.

A hint to people having the same problem (trying to find ammonia)...
Ammonia is one of the ingredients used by illegal meth labs (people making drugs). So a lot of places will tell you they don't stock it when they actually do... have a good look in the cleaning aisle.
