ok it looks like what the fish are in, but all my fish have already been counted for.
does anybody think this is any use?

it looks like a normal bag of water.

possibally cooling pack aswell?

Are you asking what the bag of water is for? Most likely just had warm water in it to help keep the fish warm and also help add some padding around the package.

I thought it was to add to your water as the hardness ph ect might be different to in your area so to help the aclimatism process

Im affraid it was not tiger otos
but it was neon tetras and my favourite fish...silver hatchet
